No tuve la suerte de disfrutarlo en su época, pero para ser del año 1985 es un juegazo y ofrece un abanico de posibilidades bastante interesante, algo atípico en los videojuegos de ese entonces.

Muchos de los que hoy tienen más de 30 años (yo tengo 27) mencionan al Thehkan como EL juego de fútbol.

@Aguz25 para esta epoca era un juego q te re aceleraba pues su musica asi te lo impone, este juego se jugaba sobre una mesita donde si jugabas con tu oponente el se sentaba frente tuyo,tengo 36 años

This is my favourite arcade gam of all time. I could win the final game 7-0 and was probably one of the best in Scotland back in the day. I could even beat the local arcade owners who played it all the time. Ahhh, happy days. :-)

I played at Portobello, Edinburgh on tracker ball machines. I could play left or right handed too. :-) Where did you play it?

@markjscottfilms I played in Glasgow. I was in a group of 5 or 6 hardcore players who were better than all the rest. Playing against the computer was pretty repetitive, so I used to try and score lots of different kinds of goals. It's totally different as a 2-player game. It becomes a mind game. @thuvia0511 Will do. NIce to find a fellow appreciator of a timeless classic. Have you ever seen one around these days? I haven't. In fact, it's the only thing I look for in an arcade if I ever visit one and I haven't seen one for a long long time. I think they got too bothersome for arcade owners to repair, as they were very popular machines as I recall. You're right about 2 player games too. :-)

@markjscottfilms It's the first game I look for in the arcades too! Any time I discover a new arcade, my wife knows I have to look. Yeah the wear rate on the trackballs was pretty high. Every couple of years one appears on ebay. I tihnk our best bet is to build a M.A.M.E. machine and try to fit it with a decent trackball.

I recently played it in an emulator, when I saw the intro screen with teams lining up I literally turned 8 all over again, if only for a second... it hit some switch on my brain and I got the same rush of anticipation I used to feel when I played it as I kid.

There are more tricks don't shown in the video because they're harder to have sucess.
