That means they been there and took all that was there and left it as a waste land. When i would think they would want to reassure us that they are what they claim to be. They also said that they have won the fight against the malevolent aliens. The pink symbol is a cut and paste of a card called "Emergence" from the Keys of the Arcturians by Janosh.  I have the card in front of me and there are 8 spheres left and right and a total of 16 in the middle.
