@UndeadGuy14 trust me man its much better being able to flip and twist and all that , yes i am a bigginer but i can still do many things such as the most easy backflip then the next easy sideflip then one of the hardest frontflip those are the main 3 you want to start with but baring in mind the frontflip hurts ur ancles and feet and legs and back alot so i wouldnt recormend it for a bigginer but there are tons of tutorials out there and also it helps if u have a spotter which u strust ,peace
