  • haha, man you suck. no form whatsoever... dont listen to him people, the best exercises for weight loss are power cleans, deadlifts, squats, etc. these are exercises for old people in yoga class...

  • @syafiqare depends if you're satisfied your height or not, no you will not shrink, but your growth in terms of height will drastically slow it down. If you want to do this exercise without putting your growth to a stop, do a similar one without dumbbells like the jumpsquats but without dumbbells, etc.

  • Hey can someone please answer this? I'm 15 and want to do this workout. Will any of the cardio involving the dumbbells make me shorter or stunt my growth? It would be appreciated if someone could help me

  • @syafiqare Weight training will never stunt your growth. It will actually help you grow because of the increased hormone release such as testosterone and increased muscle mass.

  • or u can go swim 20 laps a day like me and weight train.. that will get the fat off.. more protein than carbs .. think 2:1 ratio  200 grams protein for 100 grams carbs.. the fat will come right off and u will get 20% body fat off in 30 days. i lost 124 pounds doing this.

  • Can you really burn enough fat for a good work out without it being at least 30 minutes? I've always heard you don't really start burning fat until 20 minutes, and then you're supposed to go 10 to 25 minutes longer to really get an effective cardio work out.

  • I would replace the dumbbell snatch and swing with a kettlebell snatch and swing, although one has to know exatly how to perform them :-)

    A dumbbell and a kettlebell swing are two totally different exercises, regarding what I've seen in your video.

    But great workout though, keep up!

  • @radar144pt Yip those are two different options. And yes, like you said, they are similar but also different due to the gravity and the different shape of the weight but both good ways to do these two exercises and I try and use dumbbells as much as possible as more people will have dumbbells then kettle bells.

  • Peter, everytime i do the mountain climb, I hear this "crack" sound in the bottom of my back, the vertebra. should I then drop this exercise? cause i do it everyday, and i don't know if i want to do it if i can back injured.. sorry for my english, but hope you understood :)

  • @Obajin If you want to build muscle then yes this wokrout is not an out and out muscle building workout. But even if you do want to focus on muscle building you can still do cardio though.

I'll admit to sometimes ignoring videos in my subscription box that have pictures of people I don't recognize and I bet other people do this too. If you used your own pic the only bad or good thing that could happen would be that people will confuse you with Tony(P90X) Horton. I still think you guys were twins seperated at birth. LOL, jk

  • @bibbeny lol. Good idea. I just don't always have somone who can take photos but I am doing a photo shoot in a few weeks and will then maybe get the guy to do LOTS of photos so I can start using it! Thanks for the suggestion!

  • @TimesOfHeaven Use push-up bars or don't go onto your knuckles, it has not real benefit to be honest.

  • i love ur videos, i started on one of ur ab exercises last year. got told by my friend, and even now i still do it. and i changed from chubby to a pretty good 8 pack and lucky for me they line up perfectly and everything :) all i need to do now is lose that last little bit of fat around my stomach so they will look even better. my change is coz of ur vids, thank u soo much :) i also got two questions, how do i make my lats wider and the muscles on my ribs (cant remember the name for it) thanks:)

  • @naitud Well done on your results! For your lat’s and for you intercostals muscles (Ribs) you can do Pull ups ( Lat’s ) and Pull Over’s (intercostals Muscles )

  • @sinistercharlie I think I was using a 7.5kg. The main thing with these exercises is to infact not use super heavy weights but rather focus on speed and form.

  • Well, I've this problem - I'm not to 'fat' but I'm way to skinny. Is this dangerous if I go train?

    And with skinny I mean 50 KG while I've to have a weight of atleast 65-70.

    Is there also something I've to eat to become more fat?

    Frites and stuff like that is bad for you, and I want to become more fat in a healthy way, which makes me feel very active when I want to sport

  • Isn't 30 to 45 minutes a little too long for HIIT?

    Just as in this video, you said to do 10 minutes of it.

  • @SmileAtTheRisingSun 45min yes, 30min nope. 10min is good to start with but you want to get to around 20 minutes on average and work your way up to 30minutes. If I do 45 minutes of cardio it will normally involves some slow cardio or rest periods.

    Do specify the exercises and time intervals.

  • @SmileAtTheRisingSun You can do it anyway you like. I prefer doing one type of exercise and stay with it for 30 to 45 minutes. But my girlfriend for example get easily bored and she does the same amount of time but while mixing it up with 4 exercises. It will all work!

  • @vGreeegg Well if it is muscle pain then it should be ok. If you feel like something really hurting then just pop into your Doc and ask him.

  • @vGreeegg Doms (delayed onset muscle soreness) is good, means you worked hard. I find that after a heavy muscle workout i get doms for upto 2 days starting 1-2 days after working it. If you drank alcohol that night that could also be why it still hurts bud. Just thought i'd put that out their

  • @curlykid1 NP, thanks. Yip like I said if it is your muscle then you are OK, if you feel it is something else like a bone or a pain that stops you even moving around then pop into your DOC, but most likely like Curlykid1 sais it is probably DOMS :)
