It is true that her instructional voice wouldn't be relaxing during a treatment, but I would think that she would speak and do so softly only when necessary during a service. Her personality would make me comfortable, though. She seems like a very warm and friendly person. The room, though, how depressing. It reminds of a cold war Eastern Bloc institution. Even the blanket is a drab color.
