After 3 years I finally found a program that can rip the music off this game easier ADPCM Player v1.44.

I now have all the songs and some of the menu themes in PCM wav format.

Super Encoder is also a very awesome encoder it almost knows every video, audio and picture formats that are commonly used including the H.264 for PSP, PS3, iPod and MP4 players. problem is it doesn't encode movies right so the audio is off sync with the video

Foxtail i got as far as trying to convert the .ads files to wav but i heard they are ss2 files (sony ps2 sound in MFAudio) but i try to set this and i get an error saying file format unknown only RAW options are available and RAW is the only one i can use and thats the ont i get noise from the .ads files

MF Audio then extracted the .ads files to a Wav format then re encoded it to a mpeg layer - 3 File

I have the .ads files but when i play them with MFAudio all I get is noise, nothing that sounds even remotely like music maybe i extracted them wrong but i was able to get the 3 gig GT3.vol file off the DVD and i used this GT3 vol extractor program to get the .ads files off but they have noise can you tell me exactly what you did to get the music off GT3
