AHHH ok i got it somewhat, but one question, is there a way to NOT do that jumping thing after the stinger when u press S and ATK??? or do the teleport fast so u wont jump?

@rookie1405 I had the same problem, basically you have to be patient, shoot the guns wait like half a second then try reverb shock i believe it's called...thats how i figured it out anyway ^^

Hell yes. Thank you for an ACTUAL GOOD tutorial on both of these. I've been tearing my hair out trying to figure out how people cancel prop shredder into teleport, most people just say "bold cancel derp I'm a huge moron." I'm trying to make that last combo you did my BnB.

I do the combo (the same combo of this video, it's easy so I take it for training) and when I do the stinger dante doesn't teleport, he just do the bold. I play with a gamepad (dualshock 3 controller, maybe it's easier with a fighstick). I have to do the cancel after or during stinger? or it's all about speed?

That was the problem, I didn't press down + bold move all at once. Now I'm performing some combos with teleports.

@l2agnarok777 Not quite. You confused the two different cancels there. To cancel Stinger, you do attack + S, then you do down down S. Or combine them into down attack + s down s like Smexy did. To cancel prop shredder, you do down down up S.

You can cancel all of Dante's standing normals in the same way as Stinger, too. That doesn't really have much use though, other than 'Bold Guarding'.

Finally picked up Dante. I can do his 'port cancel with prop. shredder easily, but I have a more difficult time with the bold cancel 'port due to sluggish reflexes on my part.

Do you have any input directions?

Example:

Bold cancel = Stinger then press S + Atk before stinger connects, then a any special/super afterwards.

I don't use Dante but I know there was definitely more to him then his bnb. There was definitely potential in this character, more people gotta play him like they would in his own game and get optimal damage out of him.
