  • I just finished baking bread according to this instructional video and it's fart superior to anything I've baked before, and comparable to commercial bread. A perfect, perfect series of instructions

  • Mostly bread flour....a blend seems to work best

  • you want to use the strongest flour you can find. Pillsbury makes a XXXX bread flour, or find an Italian bakery and buy it from them, both my father and grandfather had Italian bakeries near Boston,

  • What temp is the oven???

  • I wouldn't go much hotter than 415F
