Actually A small group of Jet Tengus, own Kirovs.. anything in the sky will own Kirvos. they are only lethal when you have nothing to counter them with. But so many people expect you to use them, they become useless

I also play as the soviets, but i have the ps3 version which only lets you have 50 units in your army at one time, including your ore collectors, infantry, tanks, ships, aircraft - even the guys in the allied multigunner turrets, makes it more challenging but sucks at the same time
