Please help my novel touch screen doesn't really work and it won't open any of my books , do you know how I can be able to read my books and for it to function correctly ?
Would somebody make a video showing how to set mine up?
I just got mine today, and I can't figure out how to do much on it. I can turn it on, and read the books that are automatically there, but that's about it.
I would really love to be able to use it, so some help would be much appreciated.

Nhoffeld, could you try dragging and tapping the screen with your FINGERNAIL or the STYLUS, as the directions tell you to, and see if that fixes the sluggishness??? I just read on another site, multiple people saying that the directions say to do this, but people continue to work this little pad incorrectly. Just try it and let us know. In fact, EVERYONE Try this and let everyone else know if your touchscreen works better. THX!

@WarriorLeonardo, you apple fanatics are annoying. You have a total of 5 favorite phrases, "it just works', "you get what you pay for", "think differently" and a couple of other brainwashing goodies directly from apple. The problem is that apple fanatics usually GREATLY exaggerate their claims. And their deceptive ads also exaggerate the claims of their slow, outdated iMacs. apple fantards usually turn their noses up and call everything shit when there's usually only small differences
It's not quite as smooth as capacitive, but in the hands of someone who knows, it works fine. ipad isn't a great ereader anyway. And their computers suck so bad while Apple pretends to be the leader in technology. I got an i7 based pc at 4ghz that runs circles around a typical $1600 imac, or $2500 mac pro. And it only cost $730. It had full i7 a full year before apple even considered the new chip. Kind of like apple being behind on TRIM for SSD and many other things.

This review was horrible. The audio is poor and you move the camera all over the place. Why not use a tripod or make the device stationary. It was hard to watch. You make the product look bad, which it is not. Why not focus on features instead of sliding your fingers around and swaying the camera all over the place? Go watch a CNET product review and try again.
@vincent357 I installed the latest update before I shot this, yes. It was the one dated 7 June, and as of Sunday the 13th it is still the most current firmware.
I don't have time to shoot the browser today, sorry. I'll do it tomorrow.

Ahhhhhhhh....can anyone say use a TRI-POD when doing this kind of video. All the movement is just as irratating as this product.
