Man, I loved it when the captain (can't remember his name) went up and slapped the hell out of his blubbering emo self and took over the ship. That was one of the coolest parts of this game for me... although there were so many in CC.

@bms71488 I don't understand what was so interesting about Glenn in Chrono Cross. Nothing like Glenn (Frog) in Chrono Trigger who was one of the most awesome characters in that game. Can someone tell me what was so great about him other than the double Einlanzer? Which I'll admit was pretty awesome.

Seriously I never thought getting him was worth being a jerk and not looking for a cure for Kid.

@WolfSyn Glenn's stats are the awesome thing about him. that and, besides your main character, he has the one of the finest weapons in the game. Glenns hit, def, and strength are second only to your heroes. this lends itself extremely well to the 3rd lv dual tech X-Strike, since the attack seems to derive its power from physical stats as opposed to caster stats. cant tell you all how many bosses bit the dust due to X-Strike.

Frog Vs Glenn. Favorite topic. Actually Shadow Is not too far off in that they are not the SAME person, though it would not surprise at ALL if they were the same family. As we know at the end of CT frog gets his normal human body back. Probly a great-great grandson or something.

Only if you kill Magus he gets his human form back. Also it seems that letting Magus live is the more Cannon path due to the fact that SE went ahead and made it so he returned in CC as Guile with no memory. Play the additional dungeons in CT DS to see it for yourself if you haven't.

Glenn is Frog > There one in the same person. There is a glenn in this game and he is the leader of the knights. An is known as a hero..An also eventually gets a masamune...So who could it be but frog?!?!

@CrescentShadow234 Well, they're meant to be similar, but Frog was in 600 A.D. at the end of Chrono Trigger, and Glenn's in 1020 A.D. in Chrono Cross. So they can't be the same.
