Seems this fire was caused by a blown tire on the inside of the passenger side. fortunately, all he was carrying was popsicles and juiceboxes, and that the fuel tanks didn't actually explode. seems it also took the fire department 20 minutes to get there. course, it wasn't the local fire department that showed up, either.
it was a brake fire, and diesel fuel dosn't explode.

It was a blown tire; he tried to put it out with the extinguisher and ended up emptying the entire thing. The flames spread too fast.
