Wonderful! What / who is the source of the Daoist poem?
earminded 2 years ago
The main poem (verses 1-8) source is Geoff Pike "The power of chi", pg 139, being "words from the Tao" shared with the author by his mentor, a Mr Wu. Verse 9 is from Sat Chuen Hon: Taoist Qigong For Health and Vitality. Both great books.

I was looking to your exercise! It is wonderful.
I just tried to practise the same exercise. I must say it is wonderful and makes you calm and it makes contentment.
I think it is the best what you could do in this f**ked world, for to be calm and satisfied.
