  • AWESOME JOB BRO, check my page, its all body weight!!!!

  • smooth work ! i.ve tryed this for 3 weeks and i can.t stop, i can lift my feet close to the nose now

  • u crazy muvva

  • Can't wait to try this out, looks challenging. One question that I've struggled to find an answer for, when doing pull ups/chin ups etc is it necessary to puff out the chest? That is when pulling up the body to the bar/handles do you aim to bring the chest up towards it? Cheers

  • @DuckHeadlolz - No, don't think of it in terms of puffing out the chest, instead, try to activate the traps and lats (your back muscles). You want to keep your shoulders back and tucked in their sockets, which may make it look like your chest is puffed out. I just wrote an article on this issue in the December 2010 issue of the My Mad Methods Magazine... check the website in about 30 days and it will be up online. good luck!

  • @MyMadMethods Brilliant, thanks mate! Will be sure to check that out.

  • Nice progression! I'll throw a skin-the-cat in there. I get lots of great ideas from my 7 year old daughter who is involved in gymnastics.

  • Awesome exercise! Great song too!

  • @theantistooge - thanks! The song is by my bro, his name is DJ Indigo Doe
