OK, to the SWAC, NECK is MEAC original, actually its a CIAA original seeing that Hampton was the first to start playing it. Give credit were its due. I went to Skegee so I'm un-bias, however I did grow up in Hampton, Va.

look famu and bcu are good, but they are not the standard of good marching band.there are bands out there that up there, if not pass them that are really good. and i think famu and bcc are more favorable because of their size and publicity than their musical talent. On a final note these are good bands that works hard at what they do and i dont think famu or bcc would discredict a band like that.
