Hi I am from Cardiff and have recently set up my own pressure washer cleaning business. Can I ask how long your water in your tank lasts, I ask this as I am ordering a 750L tank and I am not sure if It is big enough? Also what type of rotary cleaner do use on the head of your lance?
Hope you dont mind the questions appricate any help thank you..
@bleachno8 Hi, we have a 700 litre tank on board the van. Anything bigger would not fit our van. A tank will last for cleaning a double drive and paths plus more. Our pressure washer pumps back excess water into tank and we top up tank from customers own water hoses during cleaning if possible.
We use Mosmatic rotary cleaners which just need a hose to connect as they come with all connections. Good luck.
After all very nice job, excuse me Im from Mexico, i have a renault traffic too but with the steering wheel in the left : ), do you recomend put the water tank inside the van or put the tank water in a trailer. thank you.
@ebermann123 Hi, thanks for comment. We have the water tank inside the vehicle. It holds 700 litres and is a plastic tank normally used as water containers in gardens. We bought it from a garden centre. About £200. It is strapped into the vehicle with normal tyes we bought from car parts centre. Good luck.
@Lanmark12 Thanks for your answer. Excuse i have other doubt you conect like this: (water tank - hose - pressure washer) or (water tank - water pump - hose - pressure washer)?? do you use a hot pressure washer or could?? do you can recommend me a brand please thank a lot.
@ebermann123 The water is sucked up by the pressure washer using a hose with a filter that is emersed in the water tank. A second hose goes back into the tank from the pressure washer as the the excess water when you stop pressure washing has to go some where and this stops wastage. No we do not use a hot pressure washer. We have hired one when we needed to remove a very large area at an airport with lots of chewing gum.
Hi loved your video! I was wondering could you help me-I use a 11hp honda cold water press washer--I keep getting gear oil leaking from the gearbox-between the motor and pump--the company I bought the honda from have fitted 3 new oil seals which wear away slightly--they give me a new machine but it does the same--both machines are new--do I just keep topping up the gearbox with oil-or demand another machine--have you ever had this problem --I'm in the same line of work as yourself-HELP-Mike
In 2 years of use we have never had an oil leak. Also never needed to top up oil. On our pressure washer there are three oilplugs. One underneath to drain the oil and side filler plugs one on each side. Are you sure you are not over filling? We have never needed to top up the oil as yet.
Does this machine remove oil stains if so do you use any chemicals with it?
