  • oh yes thats lovely

  • Judy garland was the original singer of this song it is from the Movie Wizard of OZ a true classic I believe she may have been either 15 or 16 when she song this just proves real music from the past. originally Shirley Temple was supposed to play Judy role but her contract with her studio would not allow the other studio to borrow her so the next best thing they thought was Judy turns out she was best for the Job period.

  • Judy garland was the original singer of this song it is from the Movie Wizard of OZ a true classic I believe she may have been either 15 or 16 when she song this just proves real music from the past

  • @neonbubbles101 this IS the real version

  • @charlottespliid Umm, actually, Somewhere Over The Rainbow wasn't originally from The Wizard of Oz, despite it being most famous for Judy Garland's (beautiful) rendition of it.

  • @charlottespliid Ya shes right

  • @charlottespliid no its not. it's the one from the album. They mean the one from the video. Trust me, I know my Wizard of Oz, better that anyone. It's close, but not exactly it.

  • @charlottespliid Sorry, this is NOT the original. The original was published in 1939. The original was sung by Judy Garland and written for the movie '' Wizard of Oz '' . This is another version. The '' TRUE and Original version '' is the 1939 movie one. This is like ... 1945... ;)

  • wow i luv dis song <3

  • IZ is much bette

  • did you like my singing

  • i fell in love with this song love you

  • Music by Harold Arlen, Lyrics by E.Y. Harburg. This was written at the end of the dirty thirties at the height of the MGM musical. Some beautiful songs were written during this period and the most talented singers and dancers were there to perform them. Judy Garland is the most memorable, in my opinion. She always sang (and even talked) as if her heart were about to break at any moment. Her real life may have been part of the reason why.

  • So beautiful. Love this vdo.

  • how are you related.

  • They probably have the same last name. But my last name isn't Boone and I'm related to Daniel Boone. My last name is Mills and I'm not related to Sir John Mills.

  • what proof do u have?

  • If she was related to you, you would think you would know how to spell her last name..

  • calm down people...if someone says they're related to her then they probably are...if not, how is it a problem for you if they say they are?
