The way their guitars are resonating, almost sounds like there's cello or synth (something "stringy") in the background. Sound of the rain/cars on the wet road goes perfectly with this.

havent heard of balcony tv but ive watched quite a few black cab confessions and i love they way they film musicians in the back of a cab and drive around london(i think its london) but yeah check it out if you like this..
