Somebody a long time ago freaked out bc this was a Steinway and they "abused" it, hey it is a percussion instrument, they did not hurt it -- the sound board is the most important part and there was no harm done there. It is a great act, they re-tuned the Steinway for sure before the next show, maybe even replaced the "abused" strings, get a life, I love it.
