I've seen this settting by Svoboda 5 times. It was wonderful. Prices's voice was so huge and yet so sweet.. Régine Crespin, the great wagnerian soprano, was sat at the second rank for the Premiere, two seats beside me. And at the end, during the applauds, somebody said loud : Domingo is well, quand même ! She stood up and pointing his fan on him cried out : How what "quand même !"
