I would remove this video and re-upload it when adding music, and also showing more confidence in my talking, and renaming the video to be more catchy (You don't write @virtualleader - #PLE_BCN on title and expect many people to view this), and also adding proper tags... you've done all the possible mistakes so don't expect this video to get lots of views.
