This film is CHOCK FULL of modern-day character development, so when it takes it sweet time getting to the scary parts (plus, the mise en scene is masterful, "occupying" the viewer in the all-but-abandoned hotel with the people on-screen), you feel like you've been "tagging along" with some friends, and ... then ... it starts to CREEP UP on you!

The Hotel this was filmed at is here in my town and where my mother works...it has really been certified as a haunted hotel. and everything there gives a creepy feeling.

This movie is awesome. Anyone sitting on the fence about watching it should watch it. I recieved an equal number of laughs and scares but it still felt more like a horror movie than a comedy, which is beautifully done.

Watched this earlier, glad I never paid to see this crap. Was'nt scary at all, I recommend you stay clear of this one unless your into boring drawn out scenes,weak acting and basically no script to it. Also the girl in the movie has to be the dumbest bitch ever.

A low budget film trying to be scary, using all the existing cliches. Insidious was also trying to be 'scary' and succeeded somewhat in the beginning of the movie, but was a breath of fresh air in the midst of gore like Saws and Hills have Eyes. I'm gonna pass on the one.
