No one has a voice like Michael Jackson, least of all this individual who is obviously Arab and pronounces his words in arabic perfectly. Michael couldn't do that - he had a big American accent even when he sang in French! Michael Jackson's voice is utterly unique and incomparable. This guys sounds nothing like Michael Jackson.
