it was good to see this type of exercise but the form of movement must be right and the movement should accompany with breathing then it will be more accurate and ease our physical sickness.
even though these are kind of random excerpts , it's still pretty cool . for me it was more of , once i experienced it i was more interested . it usually happens that way .
what happens eventually is you learn to absorb chi (of nature) , expell your own toxins , then absorb and emmit chi , simultaneously . a lot of these types of excersises you don't even have to know what you're doing to use it medicinally . but should never be replaced by a physician . one thing though , if practiced often enough might lessen the amount of times you need to visit the physician.
