  • i dont understand one thing that, as the science has so much developed even then, why dont the trainer have the knowledge that doing abs training with the help of legs, e.g. leg raises or any other type of this exercise is less effective with and more injurious for lower back. the fact is that the abs muscle's origin is pubic crest and insert to xiphoid process. so, by this way only movement from upper extremity is more effective and not lower..

  • dude! building legs is so easy n fast !! but the real thing called guidance is only needed is for upper body!!! :]

  • JDav24 i like your movies, very imformativ. But since food plays a really big part of the building and keeping in shape wonder if you could you incorporate what you eat. Devote one of your movies to that or simply just adding what you should eat to each program.

  • @the713king you can do all his workouts. Just don't go too heavy (if there's weights), use proper forms and watch your diet. I'm 16, i've been doing his workouts for quite some time, worked well for me.

  • Hey Jeff I was wondering how much do you bench and squat?? Also i'm a "hardgainer" 120lbs at 5'8 and i use athlean-x how much muscle can i approximately put on......how much muscle weight?? and how much body weight??

  • @haris123abc hell yea man athlean X will pack on the lean muscle!!! I've used some of jeffs workouts and i've packed on a decent amount of muscle but im just trying to stay in the 180 lbs area, right now im at 193lbs at 6"2 dont know my bf%

  • @haris123abc depends on how long you use it, athlean x brings so many diverse workouts into play that your muscles will be confused often and you will not plateau but get stronger and faster. it would also depend on your diet and genetics. i would say using these workouts i've gained about 10lbs of lean muscle and lost about 25 lbs of fat overall. Athlean X is probably one of the best decisions you could make to get that athlean body you've dreamed of bro!!

  • You could also use a Swiss Ball instead of bands. I think its called a Swiss ball jackknife.

  • Jeff your workouts have helped so much. Not only have they provided variety, but they've provided flexibility. I workout almost everyday, but am not always able to get to the gym during non-peak hours. You've helped me continue to have high-intensity workouts with limited or no equipment.

  • @zekealish Look up "Carb Cycling". Also, a youtuber known as "Scooby1961"  gets really in-depth about it. I tried it, and it worked... But man is it Miserable!

  • I discovered a nice burst-training style exercise while doing this. Put your legs through a band as Jeff shows, but have the band set at a height so it just lets your feet touch the floor. Then all you do is jump up and down with your feet, trying to keep your whole body in a straight line. Really works the whole upper body, keeps the abs engaged, works the legs a fair amount and gets your heart working real fast!
