i thought paprik chicken is short name of paprika(capsicum) chicken but i don't see the capsicum....:D

@rainseason08 as long as I remembered, it is a direct translation of 'chicken & vege cooked in soy sauce & lime' in Thai. Another similar version of it is laprik, which means 'chicken cooked in soy sauce & lime'. Not 100% sure tho..any Thais to confirm? lol

and btw, there s no lime juice added in this recipe...not authentic enuf, but easy to follow =)
