Remember this stuff came out in 1953 when the Telecaster was a new-fangled instrument. They didn't have all the fancy studio gizmos to make you sound good like they do today. You had to be as good as you sounded and this recording is simply astounding.

legend has it that the producer put the stop light on in the studio 3 or 4 minutes in but they kept going and the tapes kept recording
