  • Hi nice to see kadhi being made ! :) I will try it after a long time. I read the discussion here about the curry leaves to be used or not to be used. I just wanted to add that I too am from north India and we never added curry leaves to kadhi. :) But yes one can always try that may be.

  • @AnuschayRizwan - In Northern India curry leaves are not used in Kadhi but for aroma u can use it .

  • @AnuschayRizwan I live in the Delhi and we certainly dont add curry lvs in our kadhi. may be its some other form of kadhi u are talking about?? and ppl can add whatever they want miss rizwan. If you like u can add perhaps tomato sauce in your kadhi *___*

  • Neha - that was simple yet great recipe video with the tips on the pakoda. Thanks! Some people say adding grated ginger to the kadhi enhances the flavors. Also you seasoned before adding the kadhi to cook and the seasoned again at the end. Is seasoning twice required?
