  • the world need to know the Flobots!

  • Flobots rock regardless what you people argue over. And everything is similar on some level to everything else, and similarity is a matter of degree.

  • I like the Flobots a lot, but they are a LOT LIKE the GORILLAZ......the Gorillaz are different, a variety, and have the viola players, it's like they stole Gorillaz idea.

  • no where close to be stealing the Gorillaz idea.

  • Actually, they are very similar. They use a viola, but the Gorillaz have a viola choir. They mix rap, with rock elements, and viola/violin.

Except the Flobots are a lot more rapping.

You must not know the Gorillaz too well.

  • anyone who thinks flobots is even remotely like gorillaz is either deaf or a fucking moron. Gorillaz sing about random sh!t that no one really cares about. Flobots raps about corruption in the world. And instruments dont fucking matter.. Oh so what if they both use violas? Mario's theme uses the piano, does that mean its just like linkin park? Sorry, but to compare gorillaz to flobots is nothing else but fucking retarded. Why dont you compare a lemon to a school bus? they're both yellow.

  • I'm talking about the SOUND! Not LYRICS!

And yes, they are VERY similar. Not just the same instruments, but sound. They are also VERY diverse, just like Gorillaz.

  • Actually, Gorillaz and Flobots do sound the same, well almost the same.

You're right, they sing about different things, but both groups provide rapping, with a mixture of techno sounds and instruments that are similar.

Gorillazfreak is right, they are similar.

  • you all claim to be fans even though none of you mentioned never had it

    best song by far

  • Actually, I think "Never Had It" is by far their worst song.

Their best songs include "IRAQ", "We Are Winning", "Anne Braden" or "Handlebars."

  • i was pissed this is my favorite song but when i bought the album on itunes it wasnt in it

  • Fight With Tools includes....

There Is A War Going On For Your Mind, Mayday, Same Thing, Stand Up, Fight With Tools(Song), Handlebars, Never Had It, Combat, Rhythm Method(Move), Anne Braden, We Are Winning, Rise.

In some countries, it includes "Iraq" which is an amazing song.

  • *headbang*

  • i hate it when people only know of handlebars

-.- cuz they have so much better songs, like this one or mayday or rise

  • yea

i know its not really a song

    but i really like

theres a war going on for your mind

  • Yes!

"there's a war going on for your mind"

    is amazing.

  • i totaly agree wit hya

  • yeah i know may day is one of their best songs

  • haha yeah, they only know handlebars, and claim that they're flobots's biggest fan

  • @bludysword totally reminds me of nirvana when you said that

  • EPIC

  • it's 9/8 time, flip of 3/4, like a waltz.

  • that's their claim to originality

    and it works imho

  • sick tune jesus its rocking haha

  • the count for this song is crazy

    its like 5/6

    also that bass is gnarely

  • it's 5/4 but yeah like the bass

  • im gonna be anal and annoying and argue that it's actually 5/8. mwahahaha.

  • 5/6 is a nonexistent time signature lol

    its 5/8 ;-)

  • It really is 5/8 though.

Try "Rhythm Method" it's like the more mature version of this song. The time signature is WAY worse

  • This is one of my

    most favorite song

    from them......

  • Rock my socks off! YEEfuckingHAW!!!!

  • Yes, I do like what's going on in this video!!
