The camera-man is right, he did have a right to "videotape", and telling him to switch it off is NOT a "lawful command". Otherwise the police were right, private property is highly protected under the law, and that goes with the owners right to get people to leave. To me, cops in function need to strive for a neutral stance. They are part of the government, and the government should be as neutral as possible. On the issue of being on private property he is probably right and that in itself is enough to send the people away. Besides effecting that law it is quite unnecessary for the police to concern themselves with the issues of public debate. But I have to say that it is most shocking to hear that most believers condemn to hell with positive emotions.
