The only correct thing that Scarlett said about a Danish Christmas is the fact that we open the Christmas gifts on Christmas Eve (the 24th of December). I assume they don't eat pork loin with crackling since she and her siblings are Jewish, but if you remove all those things it's really not that Danish anymore.

A Danish Christmas doesn't "entail" goose. It "entails" roasted duck (and brown gravy), pork loin with crackling (and brown gravy), oven-browned potatoes (with brown gravy), red cabbage, risalamande (Danish rice pudding with almonds) and a few other idiosyncratic traditions (my family for example also eats foie gras because my maternal grandfather is a francophile, and also enjoys a few of the French Christmas traditions. We also eat a lot of marzipan and nougat.
