oh....and penn state has a high IN STATE acceptance rate. Their out of state acceptance rate is very low. Considering that they have a much higher population in PA than in MD, you can imagine why penn state's acceptance rates are that high. I'd take a degree from Penn State over a degree from UMD any day, no offense.
