You shouldn't use the spec as ko because the spec boosts accuracy and str after the initial spec hit for ten more hits, your better off using it it at half hp the using dds as ko.

The whip is actually really good, but you cannot use it as a base weapon. If you use it like a pair of claws, and only use it near death, and use the special, whip out a hard-hitting weapon like a GS and K0 someone. c;

Think of the whip as claws. The whip hits 11(?) times with its special attack, which makes it good with Ancient Magicks. So if you freeze someone, use the special, and keep hitting the person with magic or the whip normally, you can EASILY K0 someone.

Personally i don't think you have checked out the background information for this weapon.

For your info;

The special attack RAISES you chance to hit with 125% and strength by 33%

Which is pretty good, i really fancy this weapon while slaying :)

so if you spec and get a chaotic maul

each vine hit can get over 170.
