Kurt Cobain wrote some of the most cover-able songs ever -- Smells Like Teen Spirit, in particular, is so universal you can play it in ANY style or genre and it still works. This is a great cover version - I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion but for so called hardcore Nirvana fans to slag this off is nothing short of pathetic and these idiotic douchebags should stop mouthing off if they're so narrow minded they cannot see that this is a different interpretation of a beautiful song. This Cover is awful. The hook to Nirvanas original was the riff the guitar repeated throughout the song. That blended with Cobains vocals created a beautiful melody.

She replaced that beautiful melody with range less singing over what sounds like a ticking clock. AWFUL

i'm comparing that to the more than a dozen times i've seen u2, half a dozen peter gabriel/springsteen/sting shows, etc. i've seen pretty much everyone worth seeing...and in their primes.
