Cartel isn't claiming Oasis as their own song. Simply a cover.

Now don't get me wrong, I love Oasis and the original, however this is one of those rare cases in which a cover takes the song to new heights. This is not just another second rate knock off, Cartel are clearly very able musicians and it's obvious a lot of effort went into perfecting this. The quality speaks for itself.
