Thanks for speaking on this. Reminders and in-your-face messages like this are needed. It is so easy for "life" to take over and before you know it, the substance that really matters sinks to the bottom. Thanks for keeping me grounded!
I believe we have to aquire the strength to tell ourseleves and others that our "perfect" will be different so in other words I am the only one who can define perfect for me. /we have to realize our beauty and strength from within to define who we are and appreciate our own piece of "perfect" and realize that our view of perfect does not have to be as the world see it but as it fits to each of us accorrdingly
@ReformationOfBeauty Thank you for this. I absolutely agree, and indeed it's imperative that we define ourselves on our own terms, and re-define the words (such as "perfect") for ourselves as well. I appreciate your comment.
perfect for me is being my best and my best may not be the worlds idea of perfect but it is my perfect and my perfect means being who I am to the fullest and accepting the good with the bad while changing what I can and being content with what I can not change. I have always defined who I was accorrding to my own standards even as a child. There is one period in my life where I was obsssessed with being "thick in the hips" and what not but then I realized my health was more important to me

@creativelyanalytic Thanks for your comment! You are so right about life taking over if we don't define ourselves on our own terms.
