Homuculus's gender is based on what sin they are. Since Envy is a bad deed that comes over both men and women it has no gender. I was curious over Pride. Why is Pride a small BOY. Pride comes over BOTH men and and Women. Plus, pride is a good thing right? Not a sin.

@paero357 Well pride CAN be a good thing kind of like with Greed at the end of FMA: Brotherhood, but if you become too prideful it will cloud your judgement over right and wrong. You'll just be looking out for yourself and what will keep your pride/self-worth intact, even if it means hurting others in the process. I think almost every sin is good in moderation. The homonculuses are the physical manifestation of what happens when you don't keep that sin "in check" I guess you could say.

@paero357 All of the sins exists no matter the gender, thu are just artist's interpretations and personnification, their gender does not matter. Pride is not a good thing because it leads to arrogance. All seven sins are connected, without pride you can't feel envy, lust, gluttony, or wrath, maybe that's why pride is the first sin.
