haha rednecks are funny but resourceful be they pull motors with a chain and that tree my co worker was a redneck he could rig/fix anything while truck was sunk in mud jump right under it and get er done
I bet that bitch sunk less than a foot from where it landed. IDK though, rednecks usually have fourwheelers. Could have drug it with one of those i suppose.
@DjTommyKx Yes, and this is coming from an illiterate mechanic who can even hardly finish a sentence without a syntax error, even with a built in spell check... Hate to say it, Matco, SnapOn, and Cornwell tools are all the same, all they change is the name, and the design just a hair. All are made to perform the best, but a good mechanic could do it right, no matter how sorry the toolbox is. I just like my big, buff, matco tool box.
Well, if you have a ton and a half come along, good nylonstraps rigged properly and the DAMN BRANCH IS STRONG, you should have no problems. He said it's not his normal way of doing things, I've worked a scarier situation with a 1 ton pulley and a come along that started to break at the end & we were 70 ft. up!
Well done.

It's not the tools, it's really the person working with the tools.

I'd rather have seen how 3 guys "rolled" 900 lbs of toolbox across a lawn.

i mean what could go wrong, the cable could snap and decapitate you, but not a big deal, probably safe.
