A really nice thing to do for childrens birthday parties is to use the same basic idea (ice cream mixed with biscuites and chocolate) but to add food colouring to make it bright and colourful! That's what my mum always did and we loved it!

To all the people saying she's surprisingly thin considering the way she cooks with so much butter/sugar, she obviously eats in moderation. It isn't "bad" for you, you NEED fat in your diet, just don't be a fat-ass and eat it all as you would hot dinners.
