There's no point in anyone who has never been affiliated with the church of scientology to publicly discredit the church. No need for Bunker or others who have never been in scientology to talk with expertise about scientology. They have nothing but second hand accounts for proof. Disconnection is not the same as excommunication. Disconnection is when the individual removes outside influences, excommunication is when the church removes priviliges from an individual. You are not allowed to participate in sacraments and even that is not enforced as it is up to the individual to enforce it themselves. The priest doesn't check your ID or keep photographs to identify those excommunicated.

I saw the interview - I was willing John to keep probing, to keep asking tougher questions, to not let Tommy off with his straightout lies, but Tommy seemed to be able to squirm out by redirection and avoidance.
Hopefully interviewers will soon learn how to crack through the Scientology code of mischief.
Keep it up Tory - lieing can only get them so far - their castle will eventually crumble.

I agree, some of the anti-Scientologists should and some Scientologists should do a live debate to give the public a full view on exactly what is going on. This way, when one just says what they have to say without the other part getting to properly reply, it is hard to see the whole picture, you get a one-sided view.

Shifty eyes, too much blinking can suggest deception. CNN got the word out there to a mass audience that there is something called "disconnection." And they also forced Davis to admit that the belief in "space alien parasites" is silly. How many Scienos who have reached OTIII are going to see that and think "FUCK I've been paying thousands of dollars to rid myself of thetan clusters AND THEY'RE NOT EVEN REAL???"
