we went into the travel agents and demanded a change of hotel we r now in the aqua fantasy in kusadasi looks really nice and they gave it us for the same price :)

i have just booked this hotel for may 2012 and the travel agant have sent us a letter after telling us the hotel says its a five star but the travel agent only gives it a 4 star rating they are now saying its only a 3+ we are now having second thoughts about going help me

@marksarah4ever We went in May last year and there were definitely problems with it although it had only just opened. The beach in this video looks like it's been cleaned up a bit from when we were there (it was absolutely filthy!). There's a busy road between the hotel and the beach but you can use an underpass from the hotel to reach the beach. The walls being INCREDIBLY thin is the worst thing about the place. The food was fine - amazing cakes! Would I go again? NEVER!
