From the video, we can see the kid was having trouble balancing while locking arms with Tigger and he inadvertently started falling towards the rail. In which Tigger reacted by moving his right arm behind the kids back to push him up and he accidently hit the kid's face during that process. You got to remember that Tigger is in a costume and his arm isn't as flexible. The parent and kid's comments are complete bullshit however.

#1. There's NO way that tigger hit the kid intentionally. He simply could not see him. #2. Why was the kid pulling on his back, you can tell that both the kid and tigger lost their balance, the natural body reactions being to try to catch yourself from falling, which caused the kid to be hit. Convienient editing took out where tigger is trying to apologize in his way. People playing characters can't apologize because that would destroy the magic. There's just so much wrong with this story.
If you work for Disney, one of the most important things you are taught is "Protect the Magic" no matter what. Of course it wasn't right for Tigger to punch the kid, but those character costumes are very heavy and have limited vision. #1. There's NO way that tigger hit the kid intentionally. He simply could not see him. #2. Why was the kid pulling on his back, you can tell that both the kid and tigger lost their balance, the natural body reactions being to try to catch yourself from falling, which caused the kid to be hit. Convienient editing took out where tigger is trying to apologize in his way. People playing characters can't apologize because that would destroy the magic. There's just so much wrong with this story.

If you work for Disney, one of the most important things you are taught is "Protect the Magic" no matter what. Of course it wasn't right for Tigger to punch the kid, but those character costumes are very heavy and have limited vision. This video only proves that Junior was trying to take Tigger's head off, not just a random act.
