I think this proves that ITF needs an official full contact forum if its going to adapt to changing trends....its an easy transaction for a lot of ITF fighters anyway...most of whom dabble in other styles. The eastern europeans already have a full contact organisation. The trouble with all of this however is where does one stop..Full contact's all well and good but most people work... check out Daido juku for a realistic FC platform.
this is becaous this bastart miller, the president of UKTA(unitet kingdom taekwondo federation) he controls a lot of things in europe, if this russian kicked someone else, the wouldnt give him a penaulty but......
what the hell is going on with TKD?? a penalty for making contact it looks like so! soon it will be ITF shadow sparing to see who is best?? what a farce who the hell is the ref and when is TKD going to become a martial art again?

i think this stupit rule wont exist after 4-5 years taekwondo is developing.ITF changed the flooves they will change the rules too=
