In Italy we have public hospitals totally heath care free and even private clinics whit the national health service too thus free in the same way because financially covered by the public medical system. Everyone has the own based doctor health care free. Medical assistence is guaranted absolutyle to everyone without difference of nationality or social status . The health care assistence is absolutly an human right. It' s absurd in US you dont' have it .
