  • writing an essay on sound physics and this was a great help - thanks very much!!

  • i wish the voice was as loud as the pennies, but good

  • thanks good example, the demonstration was really understandable.

  • GOOD GOD! LEARN HOW TO MAKE VIDEOS. Your voice is so quiet but the damn pennies in the cup is a thousand times amplified. you moron.

  • @jonathonbyrd1 - thank you for your comments. They were very insightful. although the name calling thing is really not necessary. I have one question: did you learn anything about frequency or wavelength? I bet you might have, and you're very welcome :-)

  • @jonathonbyrd1 lol, couldnt have said itbetter

  • Your demonstration was very simple and it visually explained a lot.

Thank you and keep it up.

  • very helpful - thanks for posting

  • Beautiful demonstration. Thanks!!

  • thnks

  • Marreiros - When I made the vid, I was thinking of just the basics. It was tricky to keep my hand plopping coins at about the same speed! It's interesting to think about how waves are affected by mediums like air, water, in a vacuum. prisms, etc. Thanks for the post :-)

  • This is the best explanatiion that i had ever seen for frequency and wavelength!! Thank you and keep up ur good work!!

  • Sorry about the double commment but don't forget that the cases you explained there only work when the velocity of the wave is the same!!

    Once again, great vid!!!!!

PS:please correct me if I am wrong... :-)

  • ABSOLUTELY GREAT IDEA!!!!!! 'think im gonna show it in my presentation on school!

  • thank you. You don't know what u have done for me.
