this song and walk this way is when i felt run dmc reached a bigger following because in houston, texas white boys start wearing adidas when they found out about these songs
so eddie martinez didnt do the lead on this track?dam i miss this type of music.whoever thought u could make a lead guitar sound so good on a rap record.run dmc show introduced us to some new and good sounding shit that i dont think no one will ever duplicate
@eleesmith Eddie Martinez played guitar on the first 2 Run-DMC albums. RIck Rubin played most of the guitars on Raising Hell. He did a great job, but I miss Eddie Martinez.
@eddytintoon rick rubin himself accually played almost all the guitar on this album, including this song. however, at the exact same time rick rubin was producing this album in 86 he was also working on raising hell with slayer and licensed to ill with the beastie boys, an album of which kerry king did play guitar on (rhymin and stealing, fight for your right, and no sleep till brooklyn)
"I'LL CUT THE HEAD OFF THE DEVIL AND I'LL TROW IT AT YOU" Crazy ass fucking lyrics not like the shit that gets played today. RUN DMC FOREVER MUTHAS!!!!
