  • @92flamestang Couldn't have picked a better company for a drag spoiler, I have a southern outlaw spoiler on my notch. They are great and hold up quite well

  • Thanks for sharing! I'm throwing a Comp. Eng. 8pt kit in my notch this weekend :)

  • What kind of steering wheel is that and where can I find one?

  • got it off ebay

  • What seat mounting kit did you use where did you get it? Do you have the part numbers? Looks great.

  • seat mount kits are by Kirkey sold at Summit Racing

    KIR-99200

  • awesome built bro, can you give me any ideas/hint on how to built one for my 95 civic coupe.

  • buy the main hoop for a civic the rest is cutting and welding.you'll need a chop saw with metal blade and a good hand grinder to make your notches.

  • :58 is that a 120v welder next to the car? Lincoln 3200? Is that strong enough to weld up a good cage?

  • nice welds...

  • Going to put an 8 point roll bar in my 1979 Camaro. Nice job on yours, looks very professional! I raced dirt track stock cars in the day so I know how much work it is to install one of those Roll Bars.

  • nice work,,,,,,,but now we want to see yur machine doing what it's made for.....

    see you

  • Damn good job on that cage!!!!

  • good job on the cage dude. is that your first cage install if so you did a good job on all the miter cuts and welding. what was the size of your welder you were using pro mig 175 or a 180 ect. i'm getting ready to put a 12 point cage in my 92 hatch back with a funny car cage for the driver.i'm hoping when all said and done it should take me to the 9 sec braket . with my set up i'll be running. how long did it take you to do just the cage. Good Work. p.s reply thanks.

  • thanks I used a mig cant remember the amp.I did use 25/75 gas.I would highly recomend a mider box/chop saw and a tube knoch jig.A good hand grinder and cold beer.

  • Damn good work, Chad! Let's go ahead and put a roll cage in mine after I install a turbo.... I'm thinking something in the line of a T3 super 60.....

  • quality work for sure. very nice!!!

  • nice cage job love the skills of all the fitting and angles shit is not easy.

  • angles where very crazy no measureing just free hand by cutting a little at a time.some took hours.burned up 2 sharpies

  • that is how i have been doing it i am putting one in a 86' camaro it has been time consuming but worth it.

  • I feel your pain if I had it to do all over again i would havesent it to the chassis shop..After buying a drill press and tubing notcher and a miter saw and a better welder i would have come out alot cheaper, but hey i have new toys!!! And i did it myself...Oh and i did the cage and then decided to mini tub it...What a bone head move!

  • very nice work!! about what was the cost in parts? and what song is that?

  • around $1300 song is by Bullet for my Valintine /tears dont fall

  • Damn good job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
