sari187 I'm 5 11 and I am able to reverse 180 dunks. Truthfully, anyone can do it, just workout the right way. I personally recommend the workout training at "50inch vertical [dot] com" but any workout could be followed if you know they work

I agree mowglieboy...as Alonzo usually goes for the block right away and Vince being aware as an old friend of his from rookie times it wasn't too hard to guess on how to avoid him and dunk the basketball by extending his airtime...still I couldn't do it I guess :))
