What input level do you program your kicks at in Ableton (before processing)? As soon as I boost any low frequencies I eat up soooo much headroom. I notice your master fader was red & slammed to the max with just 1 kick playing. What happens when you add the other instruments & what room is left for mastering? Thanks
I honestly heard no difference in anything you did except when you changed the Threshold to really low. Why is compression so confusing, and why is it so important??
The only problem I have is that I cant get that awesome sounding drum line done. I mean the drums sound awful and often kill my songs
