@that1dude0092 I read it in some halo book, I forget which one, that there are only 3 known elites to hold it in the left hand the 2 arbiters and some other guy, I forget who. Not to mention, the sword coming down seems to be foreshadowing as we never see that one elite, and it focuses on the sword being in the left hand. It seems too significant. Not to mention The Arbiter was supreme commander of the fleet that attacked reach, that one elite seems to be in command.

the sad part is 6 had to die. With all options estinguished if it wasn't for 6, halo would have been activated and the universe destroyed. Yeah people say keyes could have gone back but it was a one way trip for the autumn. one chance to go as fast as possible and break through the covenant fleet and they STILL got shot down in halo so they didn't escape completely. Unfortunately had they left 10 minutes earlier MAYBE but at the time it wasn't possible to take him along and repel the phantoms.

Cas spartans never die, they just respawn.

@legoweber99 First was an Ultra (white) then a General (gold) then a Minor (blue) and the Officer (orange) and that's it. He punched that last Ultra, but only knocked out its shields. Then the Zealot stabbed him. The last Elite that stepped into view is implied to be the Arbiter (before he was actually the Arbiter) because he was at Reach, and is the only Elite known to use a sword left-handed. The sword drops down on the left.

IF HE HAD A BRAIN, he would go to castle base, which is wear halsey and the surviving s-II are (and maybe also jun, disguised as an s-II) but, y'know maybe that was where he was headed.... i also hope, although incredibly unlikely, he used armor lock before that elite stabbed, and he was saved by one of the missing divisions of the spartan-II red team....
